As a counselor, I aim to cultivate a deep, authentic connection that encourages safety, vulnerability, and trust. I meet clients with compassionate curiosity exactly where they are and support them in developing this skill for themselves. We will consistently work on building this together while holding the knowing that you are always exactly on time. Read: you’re not behind schedule and this isn’t something that you should already know. Your experiences are central to you getting to where you are going and if you’re not there yet, you’re still exactly on time.

When clients have the safety to share their internal worlds, transformative changes arise. From here, we will utilize strength-based and evidence-based counseling approaches that incorporate holistic views of yourself and focus on the treatment of you, as a whole person, not just the symptoms. This allows us to think beyond where you currently are, to where you would like your life to be!

To do this, I frequently utilize a blend of evidence based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and a combination of other modalities that are specifically tailored for each client. This is the art of therapy and by using this approach together, we can find your individual path towards healing and wholeness.

Counseling Services

  • Individual Counseling

    This is a counseling session to address your personal goals and individualized areas of work. This offering is tailored uniquely for you and your life.

  • Group Counseling

    Groups address a specific topic which members then apply to their unique circumstances. Groups are powerful vessels which have been intentionally created to facilitate opportunities for healing in connection with others.

  • Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

    KAP sessions are for individuals who have struggled to make progress with traditional talk therapy in the past and are ready to do deeply healing work.
